Spiced Collagen Energy Balls

I’ve been wanting to try my hand at making energy balls for quite a while because I’ve been looking for a quick, nutrient dense snack to eat before yoga or my workout. I don’t like exercising on a full stomach, so I usually opt for something small like a hardboiled egg, avocado toast, or Rx bar to name a few.

These Spiced Collagen Energy balls are packed with fiber, healthy fats, and protein.  I had a lot of fun making these and I’m excited to try more recipes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 scoops Further Food Collagen
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/4 c creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract

combine in a bowl, roll into balls and refrigerate!
