I want to share with you some of my favorite Valentine’s Day treats that you can make or buy for yourself and your loved ones 🙂

When making chocolate covered fruit, opt for dark chocolate because it has less sugar and more cocoa, meaning more heart healthy benefits. Tip: Opt for white chocolate if you want to stay away from caffeine, but make sure you double check the label first.

Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt were made to be together. This bar from Lucky’s Market is amazing and I always have one on hand to fight off the grumpies and give me a little extra dose of what my body needs. There are so many benefits of dark chocolate that makes this guilty pleasure a little less guilty.

My Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie is another treat to enjoy on this special day.

If you’re looking for a deliciously sweet and fruity red wine and you are ballin’ on a budget, head to Trader Joe’s and grab this Cherry Blossom Pinot Noir for $4.99 a bottle. You will not be disappointed.

Valentine’s Day Salad:


Ingredients: massaged kale, beets, strawberries or blueberries, sunflower seeds, goat cheese, splash of ACV or balsamic vinegar.
