Avocado Salsa is a great alternative to guacamole because it is lower in calories. I absolutely loveee guacamole, and this recipe is a great way to get that fix without eating the entire bowl of guac with the largest spoon (or tortilla chip) available.
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 small roma tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- lime wedge
- sea salt
Chop up the avocado and tomatoes. Mix together with the onion and add lime juice. Sprinkle pepper and sea salt on top + enjoy!
Pairs great with: hard boiled eggs or omelet, grilled chicken or shrimp, or topped on a Mexican-style salad!
