Pulverized Perfection

I’m currently sipping on a PB&J smoothie while in my summer class, and thought I should share the recipe with you all! Lately, I have been crazy busy and this smoothie was the best on-the-go lunch option for me today.

Pulverized Perfection Smoothie

  • 1 strawberry Oikos triple zero yogurt
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup watermelon
  • 8 large red grapes
  • 1 heaping T of PBfit
  • 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded kale
  • Handful of ice cubes

I blended the kale cup by cup with the rest of the ingredients in my nutribullet to ensure that they were ~ perfectly pulverized ~ and it was a success!  The grapes and watermelon add a lip-smacking tarty taste to the smoothie. Definitely one of my favorite creations so far. [under 300 cals]
