As a study break, I decided to try a Granola Bar recipe that caught my eye from the wonderfully talented, Katie Lemons, who is also on a mission to inspire wellness and good vibes. I had to substitute a few ingredients, but they still came out great! I used PB2 instead of peanut butter, and I made a smashed strawberry topping in lieu of the blackberry chia spread. I’m on the hunt for the perfect Easter treat 🙂 Enjoy!!
